Nakipagpulong nitong Miyerkules ng hapon si dating Department of Environment and Natural Resources Chief Gina Lopez sa ilang mga opisyal ng lalawigan ng Romblon para sa plano nito sa Sibuyan Island.
Sa facebook post ni Lopez, ibinahagi nito ang litrato nila nina Romblon Governor Eduardo Firmalo, San Fernando Mayor Salem Tansengco at Odiongan Mayor Trina Firmalo-Fabic.
Ibinahagi niya rin ang pagtaas ng mga turista sa Romblon simula ng isara ang Boracay.
"It is worth noting that when Boracay closed, their tourist traffic went up from 25,000 to about 100K," post ni Lopez.
"I was there to plan for Sibuyan which is the site of the worlds densst forest," pahayag pa ni Lopez.
