Doctors of the newly classified Level 1 Hospital, the Romblon District Hospital, conduct its first surgical (cesarean) operation on Thursday, January 09, three days after the Department of Health approved their application for a License to Operate (LTO).
With this new classification, they can now provide emergency surgical care to patients such as cesarean procedures and appendectomy.
